Future of aisi 904L
904L super austenitic stainless steel belongs to low carbon high
nickel, molybdenum austenitic stainless steel, 904L stainless steel
strip plate has three types: hot rolled stainless steel strip
plate, cold rolled stainless steel strip plate, finished rolled
stainless steel strip plate.
It has excellent activation and passivating transformation ability,
excellent corrosion resistance, excellent corrosion resistance in
non-oxidizing acids such as sulfuric acid, acetic acid, formic acid
and phosphoric acid, good pitting corrosion resistance in neutral
chloride ion media, and good crevice corrosion resistance and
stress corrosion resistance.
Used in various concentration of sulfuric acid under 70 ℃, under
ordinary conditions of any concentration, temperature resistance of
acetic acid and formic acid and acetic acid in mixed acid corrosion
resistance is very good also.
